The Huntington Beach Art Center's exhibit, "Rhapsody" is showing
through Dec. 1. The exhibition will feature Darrow's works in mixed media
and collage from 1990-2000. Darrow uses ordinary objects such as shows,
scraps of paper and book bindings to create his works. The gallery's
hours are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; noon to 8 p.m.

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 53, will offer a 8 lesson
course in "Boating Skills and Seamanship" at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays
