The Preservation Society of Huntington Dog Beach is seeking volunteers

for its monthly cleanup day at Dog Beach from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov.

24. The cleanup was rained out Nov. 11. Check in is near tower 24, look

for the white canopy. Quarters for parking meters will be provided. Free

The monthly service day conducted by the Bolsa Chica Conservancy will

The Hebrew Academy is hosting "Club Royale" for sponsors, affiliates

and parents of children at the academy. Club Royale is a night of

entertainment and silent auctions to raise funds for a baseball field for

The Women of Action and the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce will

host the 12th annual "Toys of Joy" holiday mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.,

Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Old World Village Festival Hall, 7561 Center

Ave. The mixer is for Chamber of Commerce members, employees and guests

to benefit the children of Project Self-Sufficiency, riders for the

Theraputic Riding Center and the Adult Day Care Center. Information:
