    Come for an exciting and romantic day in Central Park with some live music as part of the 4th Annual BB Jazz Festival. 4th Annual BB Jazz Festival. Artists currently scheduled to perform include Jeffrey Osborne, Rufus, Ray Parker, Jr., Michael Lington and Gregg Karukas, to name a few. The day includes wine and beer beverage sales, 21 and older with valid ID, and a gourmet barbeque and more. Growing in size and popularity, this concert brings the best "smooth jazz" performers to Surf City's beautiful Central Park for a special one-time only appearance.     The Amigos de Bolsa Chica are celebrating 30 years of working with the wetlands from 9 a.m. to noon. Free public tours and walks around the renovated loop trail.
