SUNDAY: The Surf City USA Marathon, an annual charity race featuring a marathon, half-marathon and other contests, takes off in front of the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort, 21100 Pacific Coast Hwy., Huntington Beach. The marathon begins at 6:30 a.m., with the half-marathon at 7:45 a.m., the kids' fun runs between 8:30 and 9 a.m. and the one-mile charity run/walk at 9:15 a.m. Registration is closed for all races.
