Self-Management Class

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program offers a free six-week self-management class at FountainGlen Seacliff Clubhouse, 7181 Garden Glen Court, Huntington Beach. The class runs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Fridays and covers nutrition, medication, relaxation techniques, goal-setting and more. Enrollment is limited to 20 people.
