Cocaine sale case delayed for third time

November 02, 2011

The pretrial hearing for the waitress and the man who allegedly helped her sell cocaine to undercover officers was delayed for the third time to Nov. 7.

The matter is expected to move forward during Monday's hearing.

Brynn Ashley Boucher, 24, and Victor Mac Davis, 29, were arrested in May after a six-month investigation into downtown Huntington Beach restaurants and bars.

Boucher, who at the time worked as a waitress for Killarney Pub & Grill, 209 Main St., allegedly sold cocaine to police three times. Davis helped her obtain it, police have said.

Each is charged with three felony counts of allegedly selling and transporting drugs.

The Huntington Beach Police Department and state Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control began the investigation in response to alcohol-related arrests and crimes in the downtown area.
