Council members voted 5-1 at their June 19 meeting to change the hours when deliveries could be made at the store and waived the additional one-year review of its conditional-use permit requirement. The council overrode residents' concerns about traffic and noise pollution. "Please leave the delivery hours as they are," said resident Robert Oakland, whose backyard is next to the store.
